What we collect
The information you give in the form or portal: name, contact details, address, date of birth, family details, work history, what happened and health information. We also keep the documents you send (for example passport, contract, medical reports). For security we record IP addresses and access logs.
Why we collect it
To check whether you may have a case, to contact you, to prepare documents and, with your consent, to take a claim forward through an attorney.
Who can see it
Only Care Services staff working on your case. With your consent, the attorney or health specialist working on your case receives the information they need. Partner agencies only see the status of cases they referred, never your documents or health details. We do not sell your information.
How we protect it
Passport numbers, incident and health details and all documents are stored encrypted. Logins, access and downloads are recorded.
How long we keep it
While your case is open and afterwards as legal or accounting rules require. Forms that do not become a case are removed when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. You can also withdraw your consent, although work on your case may then stop.
Contact
For privacy questions, contact Care Services.
Care Services is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Filling in the form does not guarantee a case or any payment. Claims are decided by the relevant authorities.
